We support slum dwellers in Delhi, India to tackle the cycle of poverty

Story

This page is set up by St Stephen's 2014 Asha team -  Ken and Heather Brown, Amanda Clegg, Chris Askwith, Roanna Grims, Kim and Rachael Hare, Karen and Rosie Jones, Christine and Tom Milton and Rafaela Rollins.

Asha is a development charity working in public health and education in the slums of Delhi. In October we are traveling to Delhi to spend a week working in Tigri slum helping with renovation of a clinic building.  We are funding our personal expenses but are fundraising in order to make a gift towards the work of Asha. We have several fundraising activities including a sponsored sightseeing tour - 12 major London sights in one day!

Please support us in this exciting project!
