Hi folks,

On Sunday 15th October I will be battling the blisters and attempting to keep up with my girlfriend Sarah and her father Raymond (who is running his 23rd and final marathon) along the gruelling 26.2 miles of the Amsterdam Marathon. 

As many of you many know I work for Gatehouse, a London based communications agency. At Gatehouse there is a charity that is very close to our hearts, I CAN. 

I CAN is a fantastic organisation that helps young children overcome early communication difficulties. More than half the children in some parts of the UK start school with a communication difficulty and are likely to struggle with talking, understanding, learning and making friends. I CAN's mission is that no child should be left out or left behind because of a difficulty speaking or understanding. You can support that mission today!
