The Sickle Cell Society is the only national charity in the UK that supports and represents people affected by sickle cell disease to improve their overall quality of life. We provide information, advice, advocacy, respite, support services, hold talks, patient education seminars and training.

As part of our commitment to be an inclusive employer we know that within the BAME communities that the experience of people with sickle cell disorder can often be challenging. Sickle cell disorder is a condition that disproportionately affects more people from African and Caribbean backgrounds. Throughout October we would like to, with your help raise money for The Sickle Cell Society.
