The Equality Network and Scottish Trans do admirable work in defending and advancing LGBT+ rights in Scotland, pushing back against the culture war politics which have sadly come to dominate our media and political landscape over the past decade.

As a beginner runner, I took on an Edinburgh Pride 5K last summer and I'm now looking forward to the opportunity to use the Edinburgh Marathon Festival 5K to raise awareness of and raise much-needed funds for this charity's work.
