We rehome commercial laying hens to make a difference to hen welfare

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The British Veterinary Nursing Association's chosen charity this year is the British Hen Welfare Trust - a wonderful charity that saves battery hens from slaughter and finds them homes where they can finally enjoy their freedom and have a happy life. Please visit their website for more information bhwt.org.uk

Corinne and Jo both have hens themselves and wanted to raise money for the BHWT so they can continue their great work. They have chosen a local event, the Mynd Drover, a gruelling 26 mile walk over the beautiful Long Mynd in Shropshire.
