As most of you know, i have a chronic illness by the name of Lupus. I was only diagnosed just under 3 years ago, and although to most i may seem to live a pretty 'normal' life. I do suffer severe daily pain, and have to make a lot of adjustments and sacrifices. Even completing this course will probably be a challenege with my joint pain and weakness, as things are tough at the moment!

Not many people understand, as there isn't enough awareness. So that's why when me and the girls take part in the 'colour obstacle rush' (under the name of 'Lupus Ladies'!) on the 28th of June, i thought it would be a great opportunity to raise both awareness and money for the charity that has supported me throughout - The Hibbs Lupus Trust.
