I believe we all suffer with poor mental health at some point In our lives. By helping others, we help ourselves. 

Last year we took on the Yorkshire 3 peak challenge for the same cause and what better way to move forward then to take on the National 3 peaks. 

This is not just a physical challenge but also a mental battle putting our mental strength to the test. We agreed that no other charity fit the bill better. We've all struggled ourselves at some point. So every step we take, we hope to help others  by raising  money to support this local charity who do a grand job in helping others. 

This is not just a bimble in the countryside but the 3 biggest peaks in Britain in under 24hours. Ben Nevis, Scafell & Mount Snowden here we come!!!!!
