Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I’m completing this challenge to raise awareness and money for the MSA Trust. Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) is a rare neurological condition that affects approx 4 in 100,000 people. It is similar to Parkinson’s Disease but progresses more rapidly. The MSA Trust is a charity that provides support to those suffering from MSA in UK & Ireland and is the principle funder of research into MSA.

Dad suffered from MSA and sadly passed away on 6th September 2020. He was much loved by all his family and friends. He had an amazing carer in his wife, Carole, and had fantastic support from his children and their families. 

I will post my runs on my Instagram account @craigyritch to keep myself accountable. It’s not going to be pretty, it’s not going to be fast but hopefully I will be able to complete it and raise much needed funds for the MSA Trust.
