We were devastated on 7th October when Crispin, an intelligent, extremely sociable man, "a legend", took his own life at the age of 51. No one who knew Crispin foresaw this. Unfortunately this is a hidden but not uncommon situation in Britain today. The highest rate of suicide is amongst men aged 45 to 59 often without any warning. 

We are fundraising for "Mind in Bexley". This is also the charity for which Sarah works. 

Many people, like Crispin, don't ask for the help they need before it's too late. They often hide their worries. It is for them that we need to raise awareness of this problem, to challenge male stereotypes and get people talking about this taboo subject.

Please let's do this for all the other people out there who are at risk.
