I am doing the London triathlon to raise money for Prospex, a North London youth charity. 

Prospex works with young people who are socially disadvantaged. Most of them are excluded from education, heading for unemployment and are involved in youth crime, alcohol and drug abuse. They provide education programmes and mentoring, as well as organise activities to help with the personal development of young people.

They are a small charity and funding is vital. Any amount of money you can spare will be gladly received and spent directly on the great projects they run.
