Story

Hola,

As you may or may not know I am a bit of a fair weather runner, given I go from years of inactivity to a frenzy of marathon running.  Well, as I have totally lost my washboard stomach from 2008's Edinburgh Marathon I feel it's time to hit the roads in earnest and train for the Glasgow Half Marathon.

If you are reading this then I feel I know you well enough to beg for money from you and this time I am raising money for Save The Children.  The work they do is of great importance and I wouldn't ask if I didn't think they were worthy of the donation.

I'm also keeping anyone who's interested up to date with my training on my facebook page or over on my....whisper it...blog - http://thundermonkeyt-shirts.blogspot.com/

Here comes the official stuff.....

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks for your time, speak to you soon.
