Story
For the past few years I've been having issues with stress, anxiety and general fruitcakeness - but in particular coping well with enclosed spaces.
This has meant I'm no longer a huge fan of planes, lifts, trains and Tubes etc.
Anyway, in recent months I've been working with a phobia expert to get on top of the issue and I'm pleased to say things are progressing well.
But the next step is to fully immerse myself in the thing I've been having problems with.
So on Sat 28th January I'm going to be spending an entire 8-hour working day on the Tube - with my tireless and incredibly patient girlfriend Emma - in a bid to actually get stuck in tunnels, be delayed and face my fears.
Hopefully this will teach my mind a few important lessons - and raise a bit of money for a fantastic cause very close to my heart.
St Elizabeth's Centre do an amazing job caring for my youngest brother Anthony, who has a severe type of epilepsy, so any pennies you can spare will be hugely appreciated.
Thank you!
