Over the next few weeks I will be taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon on 7th October, followed by the Leicester Marathon on 14th October and finishing with a 30 mile ultra marathon from Cyfarthfa Castle, up Pen y Fan and then back to the Castle for tea and cake!
