As a student on the Amos Bursary, I have recently been luckily accepted on the 'New York Experience' programme where the Bursary will send 10 young people, including myself, to New York to gain valuable work and life skills. The experience will involve an internship with a company within New York City where I will work for a period of four weeks.

 

I am currently facing one last hurdle and I really need your help to get over it. My final task is to raise as much money as possible towards the summer trip; this will guarantee my seat on the plane and thus enable me to participate in such an amazing experience! In an attempt to gain donations my two mentors and I will be participating in the Peckham Rye Park 10km Run on the 3 of May 2014 and need YOUR support!
