This is the second year that the Furness area are entering a team into the 10 in 10 with the same goal as last year; to raise money to support research and development which may make a difference to the lives of existing MS Sufferers and those still to be diagnosed.

The 10 in 10 provides funding to scientists at Glasgow University who are at the cutting edge of research projects which seek to meet this aim. 

The majority of our members are Furness based and many work for BAE Systems although there are also team members from Lancashire and The Midlands who have joined the cause.

Our connections with MS are through one team member  who has Relapsing Remitting MS, several with loved ones who have the disease and two members who are on the Committee of the Furness MS Society.

We'd appreciate any help you could provide to attempt to find a cure for this debilitating and unpredictable illness.
