I've decided to have a go at another challenge.

100 km over the South Downs of England from Eastbourne to Arundel.

The event is on the August bank holiday - so I really do hope it's nice and cool and not BBQ weather (sorry!)

It's a walk, jog, run event...typically about 1000 people.

The elite athlete who wins is around 10 hours, last place is typically 36 hours. Somewhere in between, and less than a day, will do me nicely....
