I have battled with my size for some time, I ran/walked the London Marathon last year and would like to improve on my time.  The British Military Fitness group has been supporting me with trimming down and improving my fitness levels.  As an ex soldier the Legion is close to my heart and I believe the services it offers to all the armed forces is a very worthwhile cause.
