So the Pedal for Pounds phenomenon is now in its 7 year and following rides all over the UK, this years has been set through some of the toughest terrain possible, travelling the length of the Lake District.

We shall be covering almost 100 miles per day which see us go from Carlisle to Lancaster, then onto Liverpool, then back to Huddersfield.

I'm not a cyclist and this challenge leaves me in tatters but I'm driven by the fact that over the last 6 events, we've raised over £1,000,000 for the charity, which has a massive effect directly to our region, every single day.

I should like to add that all of my expenses for this event are met by me, and are not being taken from the sponsorship you pledge.
