I have decided to mix my love for running with raising awareness for a charity close to our hearts, Vasculitis.

We sadly lost my father-in-law Gavin Mills to a devastatingly deadly disease called Vasculitis. Many people are completely unaware of it and how it can completely control your life and in some cases cause death, especially if un-diagnosed. 

As a family we were not aware of his diagnosis until it was too late, and unfortunately for us we lost an extremely special person. 

Fundraising for this charity helps raise awareness and support ongoing research.
