Its become a bit of a tradition that members of the Deepdale crew jump in the sea at Cromer on Boxing Day to raise funds for a local charity.

This year its Norwich & Central Norfolk Mind, and we are more than happy to freeze parts of our bodies to raise much needed funds for this incredible charity.

Come and watch, or even join in.  There are great places to view from all around the beach, and if you fancy jumping in the water remember to bring lots of warm stuff to put on after.
