As most of you may know i suffer with this condition, as do many people i know. This chronic condition affects you in so many ways more than some may know:

• causes infertility

• weight gain

• extra hair growth ie on face

• loss of self esteem/ confidence

• depression and so much more

I have recently learnt to accept my condition, however there are many people out there who are suffering silently. Whilst there is no cure to this chronic condition, there is (expensive) help available.

NHS have been brilliant in their support and treatment that they can do, but some times it is not enough.

I wanted to raise awareness of this condition and raise money for Verity UK who support people with this condition and helps them understand what is happening.

As my birthday is round the corner, i wanted to request you all to dig deep into your pockets and rather than spend money on me i ask you donate whatever you want to this charity. Remember every penny counts!
