Yet even when every material comfort has been lost, some people still manage to love and look after their pet dogs - often putting the dog's welfare above their own.</p> <p>St Mungos is one of the few charities that&nbsp;helps homeless people and their dogs to get back on their feet. They have a clinic where vets give dogs living on the streets their annual injections, worming pills and other needed care.</p> <p>The DwD team, Lezli and David, will be dog sledding over 200km in 6 days to raise funds for St Mungos. We'll be doing the ultimate walkies&nbsp;in sub-zero arctic temperatures, with the help of a dozen Huskies&nbsp;so it'll be quite a challenge!</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
