As many people will be aware, issues with anxiety and depression have impacted on my recent life and totally turned on it's head the direction i thought i was going. For the past few weeks I have decided to start a public blog that I share on a weekly basis.

The reason for doing this is that I refuse to let anxiety rule my life anymore. Talking, sharing and actively seeking support has allowed me to become stronger than I've ever been before and one thing that  has remained constant from the beginning is that I want to help towards getting people to think about anxiety and depression.  

In October, I will be running the Yorkshire Marathon on behalf of BIG in Mental Health.(Bury Invovement Group)     https://buryinvolvementgroup.org 

 This voluntary organisation is so important for people dealing with struggles on a daily basis and it certainly helped me understand a lot more about the tools and management that can be used to help towards combatting the fears & the stresses that we can all encounter at some point in our lives. 

Please help towards this worthwhile cause. Give a little or give a lot and lets get people talking!
