Strap in team - wisely or not I've signed on for Leg 1 of this years London to Monaco cycle before the Monaco Yacht Show! On the 17th Sept I'll be leaving my lie-in behind to cycle 115km from London to Folkstone in a day, the first leg of the Blue Marine London to Monaco cycle!

It's all in aid of the lovely Blue Marine Foundation: 90% of global fish stocks are exploited and Blue Marine works to establish Marine Reserves, teaching and establishing sustainable fishing practices. It's a great cause that ensures sustainability at sea, which has a trickle-down effect on the wider economy.

So please give generously, so I won't be hobbling round the Monaco Yacht Show like a broken woman for nothing - and to save the fish too!
