In 2017 Ed cycled over 4000 miles to the Sahara Desert and back again raising just under £8000 all for St David's Hospcie Care. This time Ed is travelling to Italy, cycling 1584 miles to Mount Etna where he hopes to cook breakfast on one of the worlds most famous volcano's. 

Ed is setting off end of October and is aiming to be back on British soil by the end of February.
