This year I am hoping that my friends and family will donate to Feet First Worldwide, a charity which helps children with clubfoot in the developing world, instead of giving me birthday presents.  Clubfoot is a condition which can be treated easily and cheaply, but which is often left untreated in developing countries, leading to unnecessary disability and suffering for children and their families.

I already have lots of toys and if I can help other children with clubfoot by raising money instead of receiving presents, it will make my birthday party all the more worthwhile.
