I have undertaken some crazy things in my time, but this is currently the hardest and most demanding to date.

I've always watched them run past our house in Greenwich, without ever feeling the need to join in, until this year!

I've got back into swimming, started cycling and then got into Triathlons since being in Dubai. Triathlons require a run section, which I am rubbish at, so I started training a bit more.

This then developed and somehow I got roped into entering for a place in the London Marathon!

Low and behold, here I am now, training for 42 km of pure hell in my home town!

I am running for a charity, and I am asking you to stick your hand in your pocket. 

Whizz-Kidz sets disabled children free to reach their true potential and live their lives to the full. They provide mobility equipment to give kids the chance to be independent.

But the wheelchair is just the start! They also run youth groups, wheelchair skills training, residential camps and work placements, allowing young disabled people to gain skills, make friends and become confident wheelchair users.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated and hopefully some of you can be present this Sunday to watch me run past you while you shout at me!
