I have decided to take part in the ‘Sober for October’ this month (yes, yes, I was sober when I wrote this) and thought fundraising for ADFAM would be a worthy cause. For those unaware, ADFAM aims to support families who have been affected by an individual’s addiction to alcohol and/or drugs. In their own words:  

‘We continue to raise awareness of the needs of families affected by drugs and alcohol and work to inform and influence government policy, the media, and national, regional and local services.’

As cliché as it is, your donation can really make a difference as ADFAM is a small charity.
