I run a sports massage business, have a home fragrance product range and run fitness and yoga retreats in the UK and abroad.  Health and fitness is part of my life but so is being a business owner.  From my range of home products, I make a donation every month to Care International.  I can't think of a more worthy cause than to provide education and empowerment to girls and women in areas of poverty around the world as this is what changes society.  I was lucky enough to get a good education but I believe it should be a right.  Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
