So I've been silly enough to volunteer to run the Great North Run for a very worth while local charity -cause - The North East Downs Syndrome Society. 

Down’s Syndrome North East is entirely run by volunteer parents of children living with Down’s Syndrome offering advice and support to families across the North East region.

As many of you are aware I don’t run, I don’t do running so this is huge for me! Please give what you can.
