We have been spinning at the wonderful LifesCycle for four years to help keep ourselves fit enough to enjoy exploring the world on bikes.  We are going off on our adventures later this year, but we know we are incredibly lucky to have the time and the security to do that.  LifesCycle has been a strong supporter of Mercy Corps and we would like to add a little bit to their support of people suffering around the world, particularly refugees.  If you have two minutes, the video below will give you a little bit of insight into the people Mercy Corps supports.

One week of classes is more than 17 hours of spin, which for a couple of old(ish) fogeys is going to leave our legs and our lungs struggling.  We know Andy, Jeannie, James, Rowan and the whole Lifescycle Team will do their best to push us through it.  Any support, moral or financial, would be much appreciated.  Our final class should be at 11am on Saturday 2 April and there will be a special event that morning with Mercy Corps involved.  Do come along and spin with us, cheer us on or just point and laugh!
