I've decided to run the great North Run in 2018 for Durham Wildlife Trust having seen firsthand the work they do for wildlife in the region. The Wildlife Trusts believe in a natural world full of wildlife and believe that people should be closer to nature. As each Wildlife Trust is an independent charity they are able to have a local focus and money raised is spent on environmental education, conservation projects and managing nature reserves right here where we live.
