This is for my dad, John Longford, who has severe dementia.  I want to be part of helping to change the future for everyone with this terrible illness, so I am running the London Marathon in 2019 to raise money for Dementia Revolution.  Yep, crazeeeee I know, and I’ve done it a few times before so I know just how crazeeeee.  I won’t be fast but I will finish and every penny raised will help find a way to manage and hopefully cure Dementia.  And, this is my contribution to helping to change the world forever.
