Emma was diagnosed with JIA ( juvenile idiopathic arthritis) when she was 6. It was an unknown world to us. It's not something we even considered at such a young age. We were introduced to SNAC and the team have been amazing, Emma has realised she's not alone and has so much confidence since then and it's good to know and meet other parents in the same position. SNAC have planned events for the kids and also included siblings which is amazing. We felt as a family as SNAC have done so much for us we would like to do something to let them o ow how much we appreciate their dedication and hard work and so this is what we have came up with. On Friday this week I am being sponsored to have my long hair chopped off with the support of Emma of course and family and friends. We as a family would like to support SNAC any way we can to show our appreciation for everything they have done for not only our family but for the many other families they support as they are truly amazing people.
