Andrew and I are asking for charitable donations to Stop the Traffik (Esther's charity) and Leeds Feline Friends (Andrew's charity) in place of wedding gifts. We both have so much stuff, and we definitely don't need any more (especially books)! As such, we ask that our guests would consider donating to the charity they prefer. STOP THE TRAFFIK is working to prevent human trafficking and modern slavery around the world. Our goal is to build resilience in the most vulnerable of communities and disrupt the criminal networks that operate within them.Given the organised nature of these crimes, we believe that the only way to combat them is through intelligence-led prevention. We are collecting data from around the world and building intelligence. The findings are then shared to generate targeted action, build resilience, and systemically disrupt human trafficking.
