This year I'm in Ride London again. While I have 9 hours to finish it, I want to do it in a faster time that the 8.5 hours it took last year.Ride London is an Olympic legacy event, on the course of the Road Race. Hills in the 102 mile ride include the tough climbs of Newlands Corner, Leith Hill and Box Hill.

My chosen charity is Leukaemia & Lymphoma research, 2 conditions which have affected close family and friends.
