Now then, let us be perfectly clear. We four ladies from Norfolk are not marathon runners, we're not endurance types and we don't do anything much that would resemble a sport (apart from Clare, The Fairly Sporty One). We don't normally even walk our dogs together, heck some of us rarely even walk our dogs!

We're a fairly conservative bunch of hardworking Mums who, on the whole, like to put our feet up with a glass of wine and read a jolly good book.

Power walking [cue: stifled laughter] through the streets of London in lycra [cue: outburst of laughter] , in a *bra [cue: uncontrollable-self-wetting-laughter] takes us way out of our comfort zone.

This type of caper is not something we're overly comfortable with and it's really not 'us'. However, we've put down our books, put the wine on ice (mostly), signed the dotted line and have started training in the local forest. Join us for a walk if you'd like to.
