Did you know every year approximately 1 in 70 adults in Falkirk District use FDAMH's services? 

Back in 1981 a small determined group of local people, seeing the loneliness experienced by people with mental health problems, set up FDAMH as lunch club to provide support, companionship and a safe space to those in need. 

We're celebrating our origins with a prize that highlights the immense power of quality time spent with companions...in this case a lovely Afternoon Tea for Two at no less than Macdonald Inchyra Hotel and Spa!

FDAMH's services have grown an awful lot since 1981! But what hasn't changed is that FDAMH is an independent charity supporting the mental wellbeing of our community. We're wholly dependent on obtaining all our own funding through support from the statutory sector, grant-making bodies and the generous donations of our community. That's why your support is so vitally important and so appreciated.

HOW TO TAKE PART

Step 1: Buy your raffle ticket by donating £4 or more on this Just Giving page.

THIS BIT'S REALLY IMPORTANT!..

Step 2: Make sure you complete all your personal details when making your donation. You must also tick the boxes to give us permission to contact you ("I’m happy to share my contact details with FDAMH / FDAMH 40th Birthday"). 

These steps will make sure we can enter you in the draw and contact you should you be a lucky winner.

Step 3: Share our 40th birthday raffle with your friends and family!

Step 4: You have helped support mental wellbeing in and around Falkirk - Thank you!

PRIZE DETAILS:
Afternoon Tea for Two at the Macdonald Inchyra Hotel and Spa, Grangemouth. Subject to terms & conditions - the voucher is valid until the end of November 2021, so you have plenty of time to book!

You must be aged 16 or over to take part.

Each donation of £4 or more will count as one raffle entry.

Entries must be received by midnight on Tuesday 15th June to be in with a chance of winning.

The lucky winner will be drawn randomly on 16th June 2021 (our official 40th Birthday!) and you will be contacted using the details you provide when you make your donation.

Terms and conditions apply, prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be available.

If you forgot to give us permission to use your details to contact you do not despair! Please send your contact details and the 'Donation Reference' number from your Donation Receipt (see below), to admin@fdamh.org.uk by the 14th June 2021 so we can validate your entry and make sure you're placed in the draw. 

As soon as you make a donation, JustGiving automatically send a donation receipt to the email you've given us. If you haven't received a receipt, there's a possibility that your email account has automatically treated it as spam, so it's worth checking your spam folder to see if it's in there.
