I don’t think that it comes as any surprise that I believe in the work that The Rainbow Prpject NI do, I’ve seen it through my friends, acquaintance and through working  with the Diversity Champions NI. I don’t have any heartbreaking stories of how being LGBT has caused me pain. I’ve been extremely lucky that I was always accepted, in home life and work life, but I have seen the pain that it has caused, and I think that it’s time that I give back.

I am doing this by facing my fear of heights and jumping off a very tall building, because that’s how it feels to come out as an lgbt person. Every single day.
