A small group of intrepid trekkers from Filtronic are raising money for the Children's Heart Surgery Fund, because we wish to show our support for children and adults born with congenital heart disease.

If you are not already familiar, the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge is a superb but challenging circular route in the Yorkshire Dales, tackling the 3 peaks of Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-Ghent (and the walking between them).  At a little over 24 miles and over 5,000 ft of ascent (and descent), to undertake the challenge "properly", it must be completed within 12 hours!

Please show your support for Rachel Smith, Rob Smith, Jerry Sanham, Mike Weaver,  Richard Rushton and Dan Rhodes who all hope to complete this challenge, which commences on Friday 27th April 2018, at 07:00 hrs in the morning.  Let's wish them all the very best of luck!
