Many of you know that our son Ols had a nasty accident on 06.08.17.

If I recalled all the details you would be reading for quite some time!!   He has undergone over 60 hours of surgery spanning 15 operations by a fantastic team at Kings College Hospital. He was close to amputation a few times whilst they fought a nasty infection which meant a lot of his leg muscle was cut away. The wound site became so big that you could lay a bottle of wine into the size of it!!  He has had 70mm of bone cut away from his tibia...which from an amazing feat of engineering, using an external framework with rods and pins going through his leg, has regenerated over 50mm of that bone!! It’s absolutely remarkable what the body can do!!! Because of the accident and our awareness of the charity REBUILD, which helps with limb reconstruction to not only limb deformity or limb accidents but to soldiers who have damaged limbs whilst fighting in war zones, we are hosting 3 fabulous charity events 02.03.19-03.03.19 to raise funds for this great charity. For those of you who cannot attend any of the events or wish to donate big or small we thank you.
