Briefly, it's  "To create an upbeat, health-focused, anyone-can-do-it, exciting challenge for people in the UK to discover the health benefits of clothes-free activities and to help change people’s attitudes towards body image."

We've decided to do this as a sponsored event in aid of Marie Curie Hospice, as many of our members have had friends or family who have been cared and supported by Marie Curie.
