Story

First of all, thank you for finding your way to my JustGiving page!

For those of us who care for a loved one, or know someone who does, we know how this can impact your life. Many people in West Cumbria alone find that they are the primary carer for a relative, child, spouse or friend.

I know I didn't always think about who gives those carers the support that they need, the relief, the ear to talk to, the activities for young carers to still be young. Since meeting with and learning about the role that West Cumbria Carers play in my local community, providing the: care, companionship and aid that our local carers need; both young and old, I decided I wanted to show support to them!

...even if that means running 13 miles...

So if you can relate this to your own life, want to support a local charity who rely on public fundraising or simply want to do a good deed to kick off 2019, then please donate to a fantastic cause! - and I have to run for it - so you get the last laugh!

Thank you in advance - I am grateful for any change you can spare!
