My name's Freddie and I am eight years old. My nana is super lovely and so kind, she also has MS. I love my nana very much. My nana visits her MS Therapy Centre (it's like a mini gym) to keep her strong. The centre helps lots of people stay as strong as possible and stop them feeling so much pain. I would like to help the people that help my nana and others with MS.

My dad and I will be cycling 10 miles, we will work out the route together. It will be a challenge for me, but I love cycling (just like I love my nana!) - so am looking forward to it!
