My name is Freya and I am 10 years old. I want to fundraise as much as I can to support people living wth mental health. 

Did you know that one in ten children (that’s three in every classroom) have a diagnosable mental health issue.

75% of adult mental health can be linked to childhood.

West Kent Mind do lots of local projects to help all sorts of people living with mental health. They provide support groups for new mums and also go to schools to talk about mental health.

I have lots of exciting plans to raise as much money as I can including a 5k run, cake sales and getting my school involved in some fundraising activities.  My brothers football team are doing a match v the mums on Father’s Day to help raise money too.
