On Saturday 3rd September 2016 @ 09:30hrs, I will attempt to abseil down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth Harbour for charity at the young age of 56. As an ex Royal Navy submariner it will be especially poignant to me to take in the views of HMS Dolphin with the Submarine Escape Tank and Portsmouth Harbour entrance where I sailed from on numerous submarines on many occasions.
