just had a very generous donation of £100 from a work collegue who's daughter is currently undergoing treatment from the Yorkshire Kidney Unit.

Just a quick update, did my first 10 miler run on Sunday, last mile was tough in hot conditions and I found out that joggers nipple is not an old wives tale!!!! Big thanks to the very generous sponsors from some if the Guys from the KTM Forum. Thank you!

We're raising money for The Yorkshire Kidney Research Fund.

My good friend Mick Benson and his wife Gemma had a son born on 25th October 2005 sadly he suffered with  a fatal kidney disease called Infantile Polycystic Kidney Disease. Tragically their son Owen James lost his life the following day.

That's the reason Jonny and I are running this marathon to help raise money and awareness for this great charity.
