At short notice I am cycling the John Muir Way over the weekend of 31st of March.

Inspired by a friend who is raising money for HDU in ARI in memory of his sister in-law.

For me the Sandpiper trust is such a worthy and important  supporter of Emergency Rural Care in Scotland, supporting and educating Rural Communities. It has without doubt both saved lives that would otherwise have been lost, but also supported those that voluntarily strive to make a difference. 

I too have lost Family, friends and colleagues along life's journey and I would like to dedicate this to them.
