In 2018 we had £10,000 worth of cancellations within our 48 hour cancellation policy limit.  It is so very difficult to ask for a cancellation fee so we have decided that wouldn't it be great if we could turn our cancellation fees into wishes for kids. This would change lives and people will benefit from our loss. Please see this as a positive step towards managing our no shows and late cancellations.
