The courage and bravery of teenage cancer sufferer Jak Trueman who passed away aged only 15 on the 2nd February 2015 touched my heart so much it inspired me to take action.  Jak had a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer called Gammadelta T-Cell Lymphoma.

I knew having a false hip would stop me doing physical challenges so this March I will be doing 31 good deeds, one for every day of the month.  I hope these small and random acts of kindness will encourage others to remember how precious life is and that we shouldn't take it for granted. 

I will be raising money for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research as part of Team Jak, to raise money to help beat blood cancer.
